Do you accept my health fund?
Yes, all major Australian health funds are accepted and rebates are processed instantly through HICAPS. We are also an NIB First Choice provider, which means NIB members pay capped fees and often have no gap on routine services such as a check-up and clean. Bring your card and we will confirm your cover before we start.
How do the payment plans work?
We offer interest-free plans through Afterpay and Humm (National Dental Plan). Your treatment cost is split into instalments with no interest charged, and our front desk can set it up during your visit. Plans are available for all services, from cleans to implants and Invisalign.
Are you open in the evenings?
Yes. We open 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on weekends and public holidays, so you can see a dentist after work or school without taking time off.
Do you bulk bill children?
Yes. Children aged 2 to 17 who are eligible for the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule receive over $1,000 of dental care over two years with nothing to pay. Call us to confirm your child's eligibility.
